Acting Principal Message
It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Welcome Evenings over the past two weeks, and we appreciate many families finding the time to attend as we work in partnership to support our students. Each year we aim to have these evenings targeted to the particular year level through a range of different presentations and speakers which we hope are relevant to you as parents and carers. Thus if you have any further feedback about these evenings, be that what was good about the evenings or suggestions for improvement, I encourage you to email the relevant Year Level Leader.
For those who were unable to attend, I would like to draw your attention to our recently developed Parent and Carers Expectations which were discussed at all evenings and sent to all families at the beginning of term. Strong school - family relationships are essential to our role as educators, and we would ask that if you have not yet had the chance to please familiarise yourself with these expectations which we believe are the foundations on which these relationships are built. They can also be found on the parent Access Module (PAM) if you have misplaced the communication from earlier in the term.
It's hard to believe that students have already been back at school for a month, and I hope it has been a positive, learning filled time for them all.
