Always striving upwards

Acting Principal's Message

Term 3 Update

Term 3 is off to a vibrant and energetic start, filled with a wide range of activities and events.

Teaching staff began the term with a professional learning day focused on student wellbeing, facilitated by the MacKillop Institute. Subject selection for 2026 is well underway for Years 9 to 11 students. Year 10 students are participating in dance classes in partnership with Salesian College, while our Year 12 students continue to diligently complete their final School-Assessed Coursework.

Netball trials have commenced, and we have begun the important process of transition interviews with our incoming 2024 Year 7 students and their families.

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the VCAA Plain English Speaking Award, where Year 12 student Agnes S. was one of six finalists. Her prepared speech, titled The Lens We Never Question, was truly inspiring—a moment of pride for our school community.

Rehearsals for our College production of Mary Poppins are now in full swing. The excitement and commitment of both staff and students are palpable, and we look forward to sharing this vibrant showcase of music, performance and collaboration with our wider community. We warmly invite you to attend and support the efforts of all involved.

Finally, it was with great pleasure that we announced our 2025 College Co-Captains: Serena Kozlovski and Agatha Wright. We congratulate both students on this honour and are confident they will lead with integrity, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to the values of our College.
