A Fresh Start to Term 4
Welcome back to Term 4! There is nothing quite like returning to school with spring in the air, feeling refreshed as we begin the final term for the year.
For our Year 12 students, this marks the final two weeks of their secondary schooling before they turn their focus to final examinations and the next chapter of life beyond school. It is a special and significant time, filled with celebration and appreciation. Students and staff will mark the occasion with key events including the Formal Assembly, Graduation Mass and Valedictory Dinner, alongside plenty of lighter, fun-filled moments along the way. We wish our Year 12 cohort all the very best as they complete this important milestone, and as they move into exams, we encourage them to approach their study with the same determination, motivation and perseverance that has carried them through their schooling. Good luck.
Over the coming weeks, our Year 8 and 9 students will head out as part of the Outdoor Education Program, challenging themselves in a range of different environments and activities. These experiences are a fantastic opportunity to build persistence, resilience, independence, collaboration and teamwork — skills that extend well beyond the outdoors and into everyday learning.
We also recently celebrated the hard work and wonderful creativity of our students at the Arts Festival on Friday 9 October. It was a joy to celebrate the incredible talent on display across visual arts, dance and music. Congratulations to all involved.
Enjoy the term ahead.
