VCE Music Night
Spotlight on VCE Music
On Wednesday 12 August, we celebrated a significant milestone with our inaugural VCE Music Night at Sacred Heart Girls’ College, marking the achievements of our first cohort of students completing the VCE Music program following its re-establishment at our school after many years.
The evening showcased the remarkable dedication and musicianship of our five VCE Units 3 & 4 Music Repertoire Performance students. Each student performed a 20-minute recital, providing them with a valuable opportunity to experience an environment as close as possible to the atmosphere of their VCE examination in October.
I am immensely proud of what our students have accomplished this year. They have set a very high standard for those who will follow, and I know that many of our younger music students look up to them and are inspired by their passion for music.
Congratulations to all five students on their outstanding performances, and to our music staff and families for the support and encouragement they have provided throughout the year.
We look forward to seeing where these talented young musicians take their music in the years ahead.
