Netball Finals Fever

CGSAV Netball

Our final interschool sporting event for this term was CGSAV Netball, held on Wednesday 9 September at the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Parkville.

SHGC entered 7 teams into this competition, including 2 Senior, 2 Intermediate and 3 Junior teams who played against other CGSAV schools across the day. All teams improved considerably across the day by playing numerous games against some tough opposition.

Congratulations to our Intermediate A Team and Junior C Team, who both made their respective Grand Finals and to Beth N for being awarded the Umpires MVP in her team’s grand final loss.
