Our Year 12 cohort are a wonderful group of students who have been leading by example all year. They are currently under a fair bit of pressure as they come to the end of Unit 3, which brings with it a number of assessment tasks, but so far, they have been handling the workload well. They are beginning to realise they are nearly halfway through their final year of secondary school and that is bringing with it both excitement and reflection.
One of the highlights of this term for the Yr12s was the Mother’s Day Breakfast which was attended by approximately 80 Year 12 students and their mum’s/significant female figures. Here is a reflection on that morning by Lauren and Emma:
On Thursday, 8 May 2025, the Year 12 students celebrated a very special and lovely morning with our mothers and motherly figures at the Mother's Day Breakfast. The event was a wonderful opportunity to showcase our appreciation for their endless ongoing love and support. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, slideshow tributes, taking part in a raffle and sharing quality time together. Thank you to everyone involved who helped make the morning so memorable for everyone!
