A Message of Gratitude and Blessings As We Conclude 2025

As we publish our final newsletter for 2025, and enter the hope filled season of advent, I would firstly like to thank all students and their families for the many ways you have contributed to making Sacred Heart a faith-filled, welcoming and vibrant learning community. I am honoured and excited to be taking on the role of Principal from 2026 and am looking forward to working with the entire community to ensure our community continues to thrive.

Secondly, I would like to acknowledge a number of long term staff, in addition to Christopher Dalton (19 Years), who are retiring after many years of service to education who are leaving Sacred Heart at the end of the year – Ms Jennifer Bilton (18 years at SHGC), Mrs Mary Compton (18 years), Mrs Margaret Connolly (31 years), Mr Roger Pearce (14 years) and Mr Michael Smith (17 years). We thank them all for their contribution to our students and community and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
