CGSAV Futsal Tournament

Recently, Sacred Heart participated in an exciting futsal tournament, competing against various all-girls schools within the CGSAV. We entered teams across the Senior, Intermediate and Junior divisions, and all teams demonstrated outstanding teamwork, dedication and sportsmanship throughout the competition!

The Seniors battled hard against tough opposition, finishing in 6th place. Layla H (Year 11) earned MVP for her extraordinary skills!

The Intermediates had a great run as well, finishing second in the round games. Although they narrowly missed out on a grand final spot after a close semi-final, standout players Anastasia Z and Eva G (both Year 9) shared MVP honours for their excellent performances.

The Juniors delivered an incredible performance, going undefeated in the round games and winning a thrilling semi-final, before finishing as runners-up in the grand final. Amelie P (Year 8) was named MVP for her outstanding effort!

All teams should be extremely proud of their achievements and the way they represented our school. Congratulations to all players and MVPs on their fantastic performances!
