Premier's VCE Awards

It is with great pride that we announce two Sacred Heart Girls' College students have been recognised with a Premier’s VCE Award for their outstanding academic results in 2021.

The annual Premier’s VCE Awards recognise the top-performing VCE students in the state, with Study Awards acknowledging the highest achievers in each VCE subject. In 2021 over 41,000 students were enrolled in Unit 4 English and over 14,000 students were enrolled in Unit 4 Health and Human Development. Students were presented with their awards on Wednesday, 20 July by The Hon. Natalie Hutchins MP – Minister for Education and Minister for Women.

Sacred Heart Girls’ College is one of only five Catholic girls’ schools to have two or more students receive Premier’s VCE Awards in 2021.

Aurora Lahur – Study Award English
Claire Duckett – Study Award Health and Human Development

We congratulate both Aurora and Claire on this remarkable achievement, and also acknowledge their subject teachers Ros McMorrow and Nicole Unwin.
